Yes. I already know that I am a cornball. You don’t need to point it out.

Sometimes I get so excited for a show I forget to consider how I’m going to make a digital copy of the piece. For now you’ll have to deal with this highly reflective photographed version taken by Kill Taupe. His picture of it is better than anything I have so far. Once the show comes down I’ll try and not fail so hard. Right now you can’t even take a photo straight on or else all you can see is the photographer. D’oh!

The final painting in a series of four paintings representing my biggest vices for Happy Serum. 99% of the people who see this painting think it is the Twitter icon. I post it here, my fellow tumblrs, in solidarity.

The Resistance grows smaller as more and more Citizens become heavy HS42 users. Those who resist the serum are forced underground as they try to find an antidote and shed light about HS42’s dangerous side effects.Resist the Happy6 x 8” - watercolor & ink on paper 2011

I promise not to reblog every one of the Kill Taupe’s pieces from Happy Serum, but this one was one of my faves.
