Shipping & Returns
Currently, Hansma Illustration is only shipping to locations within the United States of America. If you live outside of the United States, please contact Heather directly for a shipping quote on items you are interested in. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment. In case of unexpected delays in shipping, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
Packages are shipped via either USPS First Class or USPS Priority with tracking. Your package should arrive in 1-3 business days after it is dispatched.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. It is advised that you group your items in one order. Two distinct orders placed separately cannot be grouped, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
All sales are final. However, if your order was either lost or damaged in shipping then please contact Heather at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order can either be refunded or replaced depending on the items.
In the case of a refund, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. If you received a defective or damaged item, send Heather an email at email@example.com. Please note that original artwork cannot be exchanged as it is a one-of-a-kind item. However, it may be possible to repair the artwork depending on the nature of the damage.
